Our story

Chip and Bridget Myles opened Myles’ Pizza Pub in April of 1977; introducing their pizza style and making Myles’ Pizza a household favorite in Bowling Green, Ohio. After nearly 40 years in October of 2016 Myles Pizza closed in Bowling Green and Chip and Bridget moved to Greenville, SC. After a few years of retirement the pair along with daughter Meredith Myles opened Myles Pizza take two in Greenville, SC. 

In the near 40 years Myles’ Pizza Pub was open, not much has changed with their idea of pizza. Myles’ provides a unique pizza experience from the sauce, crust, customized items, to the final construction of the made-to-order pizza. The secret pizza sauce, which takes two days to prepare, is made from scratch each week by Chip himself to ensure it achieves its famous flavor. The roast beef is specially cooked in the pizza ovens, the sausage is spiced in-house, and the cheese is ground and mixed into their own blend. The crust is thick and perfectly serves its sole purpose: being the vehicle in which the secret sauce, heaps of toppings covered by a mound of cheese cooked to a delightful golden-brown, finds its way into your mouth. At Myles’ Pizza everything is prepared fresh daily and all of the food is custom and made-to-order.
